In a special JGSI members-only Zoom visit with the senior archivist of the Circuit Court of Cook County Archives, Julius J. Machnikowski will provide us with an overview of the documents held in the court’s archives. In addition to Cook County naturalization papers, the court holds many other documents of interest to genealogists. These include wills, and probate, divorce, and criminal records. We will learn the process of searching for documents as well as how we can obtain copies.
