Indexing, photography and other special projects: Take photographs of tombstones at cemeteries, memorial plaques at synagogues, or pages of historic books. Index data from the images. Organize information on the computer to prepare it for adding to our website. Work with other members to organize other projects of interest. Programming Committee: The programming committee seeks 2-3 volunteers who have an interest in evaluating future JGSI speakers. Beginning genealogists are welcome as we try to craft programming for membership at all levels. The time commitment is approximately 2 hours a month. Email email@example.com.
JGSI Library: The library is open from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm (prior to the presentation) as part of our monthly meetings. We need volunteers to assist with organization of library materials and to help people to use them. Please email Library@jgsi.org.
