Membership Application

JGSI's membership year runs from July 1 through June 30 of the following year.

There are two options for registering your new membership.

Fill out the convenient online form below. You can fill out the online application and pay with a credit card. Starts by choosing the membership level.
Or you can download the application in PDF format. You will need to print it out and then mail it to us to the address at the bottom of the PDF form. Download PDF here.

NOTES: New members are prorated as follows:
October thru March : The system will automatically prorate to the nearest month.
April thru June : New member get membership thru the following June.
July thru Sept : No proration.

3. US Patron Membership $50.00 (USD), prorated to $29.17 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments

4. US Sustaining Membership $100.00 (USD), prorated to $58.33 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments

5. International Membership (electronic only) $25.00 (USD), prorated to $14.58 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments

6. Student Membership - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments This membership option is limited to Students only.
