Join us for a tour of one of Chicago's oldest Jewish cemeteries. It is now known as Zion Gardens and includes Rosemont Park, Mt. Mayriv, Isaiah Israel, Mt. Jehoshua, and B'nai Brith cemeteries. It is now managed by Waldheim Cemetery. Tour the graves of famous individuals, including Jacob Rosenberg, Judge (and later Governor) Henry Horner, and many others. Hear the story of the moving of graves to the Mt. Mayriv cemetery from the earliest Jewish cemetery.
